1. Agreement
By buying or using a TrendyScreen subscription you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do
not use the service.
2. What the service is
TrendyScreen provides access to streaming content over the internet for personal, private viewing.
A subscription grants one connection, which means one device streaming at a time. You may install a
player app on as many of your own devices as you like and switch between them. Additional
simultaneous connections are available on request.
3. Your account
Your credentials are personal to you. Sharing, publishing or reselling them without a reseller
agreement is a breach of these terms and may result in the line being suspended without refund.
Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your line.
4. Payment and renewal
Plans are paid once, in advance, for the term chosen. There is no automatic renewal and no stored
payment method. Prices are those published on the pricing page at the time
of purchase.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our refund policy: seven days from
activation, no justification required.
6. Service availability
We target 99.99% uptime and operate redundant, monitored infrastructure, but no internet service
can guarantee uninterrupted delivery. Channel line-ups change as sources change; we add, replace and
remove feeds continuously and cannot guarantee any individual channel indefinitely. If a specific
channel is essential to you, confirm it on a trial line before buying.
7. Your connection
You are responsible for your own internet connection and hardware. A stable connection of at
least 15 Mbps is required, with more needed for Full HD and 4K.
8. Acceptable use
Do not record, rebroadcast, publicly display or redistribute content received through the
service. Do not attempt to probe, overload or reverse-engineer our infrastructure.
