Our position

TrendyScreen does not host, record, upload or store any of the video that reaches your player. We
respect the rights of content owners and act on properly submitted copyright notices.

How to file a notice

Send a notice to support@trendyscreen.best with the subject line DMCA Notice
and include all of the following, so it can be acted on without further correspondence:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
2. Identification of the specific material at issue, precise enough for us to locate it — a
   channel or title name is usually sufficient.
3. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright
   owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and
   that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Valid notices are reviewed promptly and the material identified is removed or access to it
disabled. We will confirm in writing what action was taken.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address with
your contact details, identification of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that
you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or a misidentification.

Repeat infringement

Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid notices are terminated.
