• Support messages: whatever you send us on WhatsApp or by email, kept so we can
  follow up on your case.

  requested — retained for security and troubleshooting.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card number. Payment is completed on the payment provider’s own
secure page, and all we receive back is confirmation that a payment succeeded. We do not sell,
rent or trade personal data with anyone, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Why we hold it

To create and activate your subscription, to send your credentials and setup guide, to answer
support requests, to handle refunds, and to keep the service secure. That is the whole list.

How long we keep it

so renewals and refund requests can be handled. Server logs are rotated regularly. You can ask for
your data to be deleted at any time.
