Installation Guide

Android TV boxes, Nvidia Shield, Formuler, Chromecast with Google TV and Android phones all install the same way through the Play Store — no sideloading needed in most cases.

1. 1Install a player from the Play Store

   • Open the Google Play Store on your device.
   • Search for IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate or IBO Player Pro.
   • Install it and open it once so it registers.

2. 2Add your subscription

   • Choose Xtream Codes API (recommended — it gives you EPG, VOD and series).
   • Paste your username, password and server URL exactly as sent, with no trailing space.
   • If you prefer M3U, choose Load Your Playlist and paste the full M3U URL instead.
   • Wait for the first sync — a large playlist can take up to a minute.

3. 3Recommended settings

   • Set the player decoder to Hardware for smooth 4K playback.
   • Enable Auto-update EPG so the guide refreshes daily.
   • On TiviMate, set buffer size to Medium if your connection is under 30 Mbps.

Tizen (Samsung) and webOS (LG) do not allow sideloading, so you use one of the approved store apps. Both work with a device-key activation instead of a normal login.

1. 1Install the player from the TV store

   • Open the Samsung Apps or LG Content Store on your TV.
   • Search for IBO Player, Smart IPTV (SIPTV), Net IPTV or Flix IPTV.
   • Install and open the app.

2. 2Collect your MAC address and key

   • The app shows a MAC address and a device key on the first screen.
   • Photograph the screen or write both down carefully.

3. 3Send them to us for activation

   • Message the MAC address and device key to our WhatsApp support line.
   • We upload your playlist to that device, usually within a few minutes.
   • Close the app fully and reopen it — your channels are there.

4. 4If a channel does not open

   • Restart the TV from the plug, not the remote, to clear the app cache.
   • Check the TV is on a 5 GHz Wi-Fi band or, better, an Ethernet cable.

MAG boxes, Formuler in STB mode and Enigma2 receivers connect through a portal URL tied to the box MAC address, so activation is done from our side.

1. 1Find your MAC address

   • On the MAG box, open Settings → System Settings → About.
   • The MAC looks like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX and is also printed on the sticker underneath.
   • Send it to us on WhatsApp so we can register the box.

2. 2Enter the portal URL

   • Go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.
   • Set Portal 1 name to anything you like.
   • Paste the portal URL we sent into Portal 1 URL.
   • Press OK, then Restart Portal from the system menu.

3. 3Enigma2 receivers

   • Upload the bouquet file we provide via FTP to /etc/enigma2.
   • Or install an IPTV plugin and paste your M3U URL directly.
   • Reload the channel list from the receiver menu.

iOS and tvOS use the App Store version of Smarters Player Lite, which behaves exactly like Smarters Pro but under a different name.

1. 1Install Smarters Player Lite

   • Open the App Store on the iPhone, iPad or Apple TV.
   • Search for Smarters Player Lite and install it.
   • On Apple TV you can also use iPlayTV or GSE Smart IPTV.

2. 2Log in with Xtream Codes

   • Open the app and select Login with Xtream Codes API.
   • Type your username, password and server URL — typing is safer than pasting on tvOS.
   • Press Add User and wait for the library to load.

3. 3AirPlay tip

   • You can AirPlay from the iPhone app to any Apple TV or AirPlay 2 television.
   • For 4K, keep the iPhone on 5 GHz Wi-Fi and close background apps.

On a computer you can use the official Smarters desktop build, VLC or Kodi. VLC is the quickest way to confirm a line is working before you set up a TV.

1. 1Fastest check with VLC

   • Install VLC Media Player from videolan.org.
   • Open Media → Open Network Stream.
   • Paste your full M3U URL and press Play.
   • The playlist opens in the VLC playlist pane — double-click any channel.

2. 2IPTV Smarters for desktop

   • Download the Windows or macOS build from the link in your activation email.
   • Install, open, and choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
   • Enter your credentials and press Add User.

3. 3Kodi with PVR Simple Client

   • Open Kodi → Add-ons → My add-ons → PVR clients.
   • Enable PVR IPTV Simple Client and open its settings.
   • Set M3U Play List URL to your M3U link and add the EPG URL if provided.
   • Restart Kodi — the TV section now shows your channels.
